Desert Spring

Although I've lived in Southern California for many years (before and after my time in Sicily) I had never been to Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. I heard about the stunning Spring wildflower displays and wanted to visit.  This year I finally grabbed the opportunity! My mom and dad brought their travel trailer down, we reserved a campsite, and took a mini vacation this past weekend.

Due to a somewhat dry Winter the wildflowers were not booming as I had hoped, but it was still quite lovely!

I took quite a few photos over the weekend.  I'm still still sorting through them all, so check back soon. I will have more to share over the next few days!
